Cypress Creek Development of Regional Impact encompasses approximately 400 acres at the southeast and northeast quadrants of I-75 and SR 56. The project is approved for 656,000 sq.ft. of retail, 624,000 sq.ft. of office, 740 units of multi-family/townhomes and 393 hotel rooms. A master stormwater plan has been approved and constructed for Cypress Creek. Sites are available for sale or lease to qualified purchasers.
